Sumer's Maternity Shoot

This family was so fun to shoot.  They were open to anything.  Their little girl was just stunning and I loved taking her pictures.  You could tell she just was craving the camera to be on her.  I asked Sumer if it was okay to take pictures of her as well since she was just making it so obvious.  I captured some beautiful pictures of the little princess.  Her husband was so laid back and easy going.  Definitely an enjoyable shoot.  I look forward to taking pictures of the new little one and big sis!

I thoroughly enjoyed taking Evelyn and Corwin's pictures.  They were literally so fun.  Corwin let me do whatever I wanted and really didn't mind at all.  Evelyn loved being a star.  We surprised their mommy and she loved them all.

Since I've taken these pictures I've learned so much and have editing software.  Wow can it make a difference.  She was so fun as I just let her go wherever she wanted.

This little guy is so squeezable.  At two weeks the doctors were worried he wasn't gaining enough weight.  Now at 2 mos old he was around 14lbs. if not more.  He was pretty manageable till the end but he did so awesome.  He put up with me moving him all around.  And at one point fell asleep so I slowly repostioned him and it worked.  Babies are so easy even though new mamas don't think so.  You have to think they aren't running all around and you aren't going to get them looking at the camera all the time so enjoy the sweet baby moments.  Capture those!

This new mommy Kwan is such a beautiful woman.  She's been through a lot her entire pregnancy but can still put on so many smiles. She'll be a new woman once her baby boy enters her arms. Her husband was away at war in Afghanistan so we included him as much as possible so the baby would have memories as well as Kwan.
